CD ANNOUNCED, SINGLE RELEASED!
hollowe.com members,
The bad news is that hollowe is taking a break from playing out for awhile. Don't worry, they will be back within about a month, ready to shake up the area some more.
Now the good news....
hollowe anticipates shipping the new 5-song EP, entitled "HOLD ON", in mid October (yes, 2002). If you reserve your copy now, you will be entered to win it for free, plus an autographed, poster-sized album cover!
To thank you for your patience, hollowe has decided to release their first single, "Somewhere in this Sky", from the new album. You can download it in its entirety from the website now!
As most of you know, this song was written on 9/11 of last year in honor of all those who lost their lives on that horrific day. We thought it was appropriate to share this song with everyone in time for the first anniversary of this tragic day. We hope you enjoy, and are moved by the single. If you are, please share with others that might be as well.
So visit http://www.hollowe.com, check out the track list, review the audio samples, reserve your copy of the CD, download and listen to SOMEWHERE IN THIS SKY, and "Hold On"!
Thank you for supporting hollowe...

Join the hollowe street team to help us spread the word!
Attention local (Utica area) hollowe fans!!!
We wants to recruit you for the hollowe street-team. This team will be responsible for helping us advertise upcoming shows and other hollowe related events. The band will create the ads - and as a member, you just have to print them out, and hang them up around the area. You can either pick the locations, or we will suggest places to you. Then just let us know where the signs have been hung - that's it!
So what is in it for you? Well....
1. If the street team is successful, the hollowe shows will be much more crowded, which should make them more exciting for everyone.
2. By help spreading the word and music of hollowe, you will have more direct contribution to the increasing success of the band.
3. And finally, as a street-team member, you will periodically get free perks - such as CD's, bumper stickers, t-shirts, discounts at our shows, etc!
The first time we will need your help is this weekend in preparation for our hollowe'een show at Club Amnesia on Thursday. We wish to plaster the walls of Utica and will give away a bunch of copies of 'hold on' for the help! That's right! You just hang a bunch of signs in some good locations with some good sticky tape, and the CD is yours for free!
If you are interested in joining the hollowe street team, please email street-team@hollowe.com, and we will get back to you with the details.
As always, thank you for supporting hollowe!
